We offer a free consultation so that we can walk through your home or office and discuss your goals and the areas that are causing the most stress. Additionally, we can give you a rough estimate of how long the project will take and the cost. If you would like to proceed, we would then schedule time to complete the project.

COS charges by the hour, per organizer, and rounds to the nearest quarter hour. Smaller projects may be staffed by a single organizer; larger ones may require two or more. Invoices are emailed every two weeks or upon completion of a project.

We work both ways, side-by-side with our clients or while they are away at work. However, questions inevitably come up, so while it is not necessary to be present while the organizing is happening, it is important to be available either by phone, email, or text.

We begin by categorizing the clutter, which makes the decision-making process easier. The decision of what to toss and what to keep is a very personal one, so we work closely with our clients to learn their preferences and goals.

Most unwanted items are either recycled or donated. If an item has considerable value, we may recommend consigning the item or selling it on Craig’s List or eBay. For items of minimal value (less than $100), we recommend donation rather than resale.

Probably not. Our clients are often embarrassed to show us their problem areas. Don’t worry! We understand busy lives and how quickly the chaos can get out of hand. We’re here to help--not judge.

No. We all have children and spouses and pets and jobs and very busy lives so sometimes things don’t get done. The key is to have a system in place, and a home for all categories of items, so that an organized life is easily recoverable.

The reward is in the end result. We believe that by helping our clients achieve order and tranquility we are truly helping to improve their quality of life.
